Located in the Thousand Oaks area of the Conejo Valley this restaurant is Serving authentic Asian and Indian Style Foods using only fresh locally grown vegetables and fruits, and mountain grown herbs and spices direct from Nepal. The guest reviews are just about all 5 Stars. Though they have only been open a short time it has quickly become a local favorite with sales increasing daily.

Closed on Tuesdays the restaurant serves a buffet lunch option during the weekdays that is full of many regional favorite dishes that has people coming back over and over again. Then the dinner menu has so many choices guests are never at a lack of options.

The restaurant has an ABC 41 Beer and Wine License and they carry many Asian style beers from various regions to satisfy any taste. There is an area outside set up for eating that seats 12 and could be further developed into a nice patio area that Landlord has already given the OK on but they just have not gotten around to that yet. The dining room seats 45 and has a warm cozy feel to it.

The kitchen is well equipped with a tandoori oven, burners, fryer,oven, rice cooker, walk-in cooler with easy kitchen access and much more. The kitchen layout gives a nice work flow to where cooks are in easy access to everything. The dishwashing area is set off by itself making the cleaning an easy chore.

With a total rent that includes the NNN charges of approx $3500.00 for the for the 1620 Sq Ft Restaurant make it a Very Desirous location as rent in this area are easily double this in surrounding centers. The shopping center has a healthy Food market and national drug store as well as a gym and many other tenants.
