He is involved in the valuation, marketing, buyer qualification, negotiation, escrow and the post-sale processes. Scott believes it is vital to have the seller and buyer be informed during all phases of the transaction and have both parties feel they are in a win/win environment. Scott enjoys developing relationships and really getting to know the sellers business, believing that will achieve better results for the business owner and new owner as well.
