After graduating form San Diego State University with a degree in Business Administration he worked his way up from General Manager to District Manager to Regional Manager of a national restaurant chain. When the opportunity arose to fulfill a lifelong dream of owning his own restaurants he bought a few. Rob successfully ran the restaurants until deciding it was time to retire from the "running of restaurants" and began helping others reach their dream of owning their own restaurant.
