Franchises Approved by SBA for Acquisition

The SBA has published a list of franchise businesses approved for SBA lending.  This doesn't mean the franchise isn't available for financing per se, it could mean the lender needs to go direct to the SBA to get approval.  Check with your loan officer or under-writer for more details.
