SellingRestaurants Are Professional and Intelligent About Selling Your Restaurant

Last year we put an offer in on a restaurant in our home town of Chico, Ca. The money involved was very substantial which did not preclude it from becoming a trying escrow. 

Complicated by a complacent landlord, an unconvinced buyer, another substantial offer and eventually hospitalization of said buyer(ME) with a life threatening illness, Mel kept all involved on task without being a "salesman." 

I can honestly say without Mel's professionalism, caring, dedication and smarts we would not be the happy owners of this restaurant which has done everything that was portrayed in the listing.
