Not Your Typical Business Broker

You can't beat Mel Jones and  his expertise. Mel is unique in that he is not your typical broker.  First, he has real expertise. Second, he doesn't try to "sell" you.  No Bull Shi*, no nonsense.   He is a straight shooter, willing to answer all questions, and  willing to get the answers he doesn't have.  He has a wealth of knowledge and command of all matters financial and business brokerage wise. Spread sheets are child's play in his hands.  I have dealt with Mel and Selling Restaurants for almost 3 years, looking at tens if not hundreds of potential restaurants to buy.  Mel has been patient, always responsive and professional.  It took 3 years to find the right place for me and I'm now in escrow set to close shortly. Thanks to Mel. In short,  I wouldn't hesitate to use Selling Restaurants or Mel Jones again, whether buying or selling.  I intend to have a long relationship with him for both.
