I sold My Restaurant in Arizona Using Mel Jones

I was extremely fortunate to have found these guys. Then I was even more fortunate to get the CEO Mel Jones personally. Although he is located in Scottsdale, three hours away, he has personally driven down here to a small town several times in pursuit of the perspective clients. He is extremely articulate and unrelenting in the representation of his clients. This guy definitly knows what he is doing and knows the business. There is a ton of stuff that goes on behind the scenes to close a deal and he navigates through them like a Captain of a ship in troubled waters. He never gives up. This is the secound broker that I have used and this is the ONLY one that has gotten me to the one yard line , so to speak. I am extremely pleased with him and his innovative approaches on behalf of both the buyer and the seller. The only mistake you can make is NOT selecting him to represent you.
