THE STORY: This is the owner's pride!  This was his first restaurant - he has two others - after many year in the construction business. The owner works part time in this fresh classical American cuisine that’s surrounded by an elegant yet comfortable atmosphere that’s perfect for the causal diners as well as for that special date or high-end dinner party.  Located in a revitalized downtown area of a larger city off the 101 highway in the center of wine country and just minutes from the coast, this restaurant has established a name for itself through excellent service and quality product.

THE STAFF: There currently is a general manager, executive chef and a manager to help you with this business.  It serves lunch and dinner 7 days a week and has a beer and wine license. Of course the owner's cash flow will be less if you keep the general manager in place. 

THE NUMBERS: 2014 sales should end-up in close to $1.3 million range and owner's cash flow should be about $210,000 range.  Sales have been steady and strong over the past years, as have the cost management, reflecting the quality of the people running the restaurant as well as the superior cuisine that's consistently delivered with each meal.  Once 2014 numbers are finalize, I'll update this info.
