| General Comments: | I'm looking for a fixturized restaurant to put my own concept in. North Park is my number one neighborhood but I am flexible on that. I'm not concerned with the numbers the existing restaurant is doing as long as the location itself works. I don't need much square footage (700-1500) but hood and grease trap with basic kitchen setup is a must. the condition of the kitchen is not a big deal. |
