MENU: This is American comfort food menu served in a diner style environment that's fun and stimulating with service that's second to none. The food is fantastic, fresh, flavorful and visually very appealing, causing people to crave it and come back for more. This family oriented concept has price competitive menu and this author believes there is room to move prices up as there is little competition for thus style of food and entertainment in the area.

GROW THE BUSINESS: I have frequented restaurant for many years.  First, the product is very good with large portions and fair prices. There is some room for price movement as this store is in up-scale location where consumers aren't as price sensitive as other areas. Second, add a liquor license to serve beer and wine driving more traffic to this location. Liquor Licenses don't cost too much in Arizona. Third, give the stores a little face lift and a good cleaning. Absentee operation often lack the owner's pride effect, not that the store is dirty per se, it's just the details needing attention. Fourth, there is a full food truck included with the business that is underutilized.  That needs to be marketed better to push for more catering business,  parties and special events.
