LET'S NATIONALIZE THE LEGAL INDUSTRY!

Mar 1, 2013
Article #201
Author: Mel Jones

The left is always concerned about equality and fairness - a standard mantra in fact -  so why hasn't anyone on the left started to push for nationalizing the legal profession?  It is the poor that suffer the most from lack of adequate legal representation in criminal as well as civil cases. The rich can afford great legal advise and representation while the poor must depend on public provided representation that is often over burdened with cases.

So if you're on the left, then let's start the chatter about this issue and get rid of those pisky lawyers who milk the hell out of the poor - in one case a client of mine had severe brain damage cause by the negligence of a hospital staff. He won the case and got a $1.2 million settlement. The LAWYER took $700,000 of it and he got $500,000!  Is that justice?

The legal industry is the least regulated industry on the planet - hell their the ones writing the laws - why would they write laws regulating themseleves!

We must stop this legal abuse and start to push for Gov't regulation on the legal industry!!!
