Keith joins us from a long and respectable history in the Hotel and Restaurant Industry. Keith is a graduate of the Catering College in London, England, where he received a degree in Hotel and Catering Management. Keith immediately worked as a chef and manager for 10 years for various Hotels and Restaurants in and around London. Then Keith became the Managing Director of a large privately held catering company in London where some of his clients were the British Royal Family, Government Dinners and Receptions, and many Corporate staged events (including American Aerospace Companies, Bell Helicopters Textron and Lockheed Martin). He came to the United States in 1997 where he settle in South Lake Tahoe. Keith quickly recognized the demand for an English Style Pub and Restaurant in the South Lake Tahoe area. So he purchased a restaurant and converted it to Tudor English Pub upstairs and Dory’s Oar Restaurant on the ground floor. He sold the restaurant in 2006. Keith's ambitions didn't stop there. In the year 2000, he started Celtic Catering, an Outdoor Catering Company, catering for weddings and corporate events, which became the premier Caterer in Lake Tahoe. He sold this business in 2006. Keith currently owns and operates Murphy’s Irish Pub and the Rockwater Restaurant. Keith is the Vice President on the board of the Lake Tahoe Wedding and Honeymoon Association and a Member of the Tahoe/Douglas Rotary Club. DRE #01791868
