SellingRestaurants is growing and needs agents and brokers to join our team.  Our business model is unique, make no mistake about it!  We're innovative and creative using technology to enhance our broker/agent experience.  We strive to remove the mundane and wasted time spent by brokers and agents moving paper around and searching for buyers by using technology so that they can spending more time selling - a basic axiom of selling!

 

Restaurant and bar brokerage is fun and exciting, but it does have its challlenges and great rewards.  Agents and brokers who follow our business model, greatly increase their chances of success with many agents over the past tough four years making well in excess of $100,000 to themselves. 

 

Prior to the great recession, more than 50% of our agents were grossing more than $200,000 of commissions. 

 

We have a very competitive commission structure, but we're also demanding of high quality people who put integrity before profit.  People who can not only sell, but can also connect with people with a heart for helping people. 

 

We are 100% commission based business. So you'll need to have income from another source or a spouse to help pay the bills as you build your business. And building a business doesn't happen over night; however, using our business model will certainly help shorten the time!
